Programme PIN and personal Access Code

Shared by teacherProgramme PINUsed only when joining the programme for the first time.
Issued to studentPersonal Access CodeUsed for every later visit and must be saved by the student.

Important: the whole Learning Programme has one PIN. Individual courses do not need separate PIN codes.

Prepare the first lesson

Open the programme and select First lesson slide. The slide shows the programme name, organisation, study period and Programme PIN, ready to present to students.

Students join with the PIN, enter their participant or group name, and receive a personal Access Code for returning later.

Track progress and results

Overview
Programme PIN, dates, settings, selected course path and result counts for each course.
Participants
Registered participants or groups, personal codes and individual course progress.
Final summary
Combined points across the programme, shown after students have submitted results.

Select a course’s result count to open its scoreboard. Use See details to inspect one participant’s deliveries, profit, component levels, delivery charts and automated feedback.

Export the final summary to Excel

Open the programme, select Final summary, then choose Export Excel. The downloaded workbook contains the programme and participant results for reporting, assessment or archiving.

  • Use the latest export after the programme closes.
  • Check participants with missing courses before final assessment.
  • Keep the personal Access Code private; only the Programme PIN is shared with the whole class.

      Scoring guide

How the final score from 0 to 10 is calculated
Final score Profit points ending-stock penalty

This formula applies only after at least 300 products are delivered.

      0–10 points

      How the score is determined

      1

      Meet the delivery gate

Deliver at least 300 products in total. Fewer than 300 gives a final score of 0.

      2

      Find profit points

Use the active level table below to convert final total profit into 1–10 base points.

      3

      Check ending stock

End with exactly 50 units of A, B, C and D. Otherwise, subtract 1 point once.
